Equipped with strong domain knowledge and big picture mindset, candidates are ready to leverage their domain knowledge in a regulatory change environment.

    People – Regulatory change programs involve multiple stakeholders at every stage in the lifecycle. Delivering such programs requires interaction with all these different stakeholder groups ranging from regulatory compliance and legal teams, product and operational teams, IT teams and other committees. It is important as a regulatory change delivery consultant to understand how to interact with these teams.

    Charisma – Regulatory change programs have so many moving parts – across teams, processes, stakeholders, and other variable factors – that require political, cultural, social and commercial awareness on the part of the consultant. It is imperative to have a communication style that can be readily adapted to deal with different stakeholders, scenarios and challenges.

    Project – Regulatory Change programs when run correctly should follow a trusted framework specific to regulatory change. Such a framework will encapsulate artefacts, documentation and communication across the various stages in a regulatory change program.
